Shelley Funeral Chapel is proud to offer the following services: Adult Grief Support Group: Shelley Funeral Chapels offers support groups for any one who has lost a loved one. Each session explores how grief affects us in mind, body, and spirit. It is a safe place to grieve and offers hope and healing to cope with the days and months ahead. Most groups consist of less than 12 people and meet one night a week for 5 weeks. It is a great way to meet people who are experiencing some of the same feelings and concerns regarding grief. Annual Christmas Service of Remembrance: The staff at Shelley Funeral Chapels recognizes the holiday season can be a difficult time for familes due to the loss of their loved one. In an effort to help our families cope during this time, we invite all the families we have served during the past year to join us for this memorable and uplifting service. The service is another way we help our families through their greiving process. It also gives our staff the opportunity to remember and say a huge "thank-you" for placing your trust in us. Memorial Tree Program: As a living memorial, the Shelley Funeral Chapel plants a hardwood tree for those who selected a wood casket after the loss of a loved one. This helps preserve our natural environment by replacing a tree that was used in the making of a hardwood casket. Life Tributes: Our Life Tributes program offers a customized and animated video, personalized memorial folders and a dedicated website honoring your loved one's life. Each part of the Life Tributes program uses photos of your loved one combined with one of our various themes to help capture the essence of your loved one's life.
